Returns & Refunds Policy

Exchange Policy:-

1. You must take a video during unboxing, which can be presented as proof of product missing or damage. In case of missing product, complaints without unboxing video will not be accepted.

2. If you have received a defective or wrong product, you must claim it for exchange within 7 working days of receiving the product. In this case, we will return the product and provide you with a new product without any additional delivery charges.

3. If you have received the correct product as per the invoice and you want to change it, you must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product and in this case you will have to pay the prescribed shipping charges (2X).

4. No claim is accepted after 7 days.

Return and Refund Policy:-

1. If you receive a defective or wrong product, you can return the instant product to the delivery man.

2. If you want to return the product due to not being present at the given location or if the product is not completely satisfied, you will have to pay only the delivery charge.

Within Chittagong City - 60/-

Outside Chittagong City - 110/-

3. If you want to return the delivered product and get another product or want a refund, you must inform us within 7 working days.
